Three decades ago, a young couple Dr. C.D. John and Mrs. Clementine John walked into the sleepy suburb of Vijayanagar in Bangalore, motivated by a missionary zeal to provide a purposeful education to the talented children in this part of the world. They believed in a meaningful diversification of Education.
Here the curtain is raised... "They never promised a smooth sailing, but a safe landing"
1974 - Dr. C.D.John and Mrs. Clementine John along with a few other dedicated academicians formed the Vijayanagar Educational Trust [Regd.]
and established St. John's High School.
1983 - Estd. St. John's Pharmacy College.
1994 - Estd. St. John's College of Management.
1997 - Estd. St. John's College of Physiotherapy (formerly known as Infant Jesus College of Physiotherapy)
2003 - Estd. Infant Jesus School and College of Nursing.
